About me
Hi, I’m Erika! I’ve been a UX researcher, strategist, and designer at Capital One for 3 years. I’m currently on the Money Movement and Payments team in consumer banking. Previously I was on the Identity team focused on the enrollment and authentication experience for commercial banking products.
I love UX research because I get to almost dig for “treasure” and uncover the truth about the user’s needs and behaviors. I also get to be an advocate for the user and help product and engineering better understand what the user needs.
In my free time, I like to go on walks in the park 🌳, do yoga, sing, take dance classes 💃🏻, and play video games!
